Shipping & Delivery Information
Actual shipping cost may vary for expedited shipping or shipments beyond the contiguous U.S. Free shipping is valid on ground orders over $199 pre-tax and after discounts are applied.
Kashwére endeavors to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday; with the exception of any National Holiday, which will be processed on the following business day. Expedited shipping is subject to transit time only and does not include processing time.
Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates
To receive your order by December 24th, please place your order by the following dates:
- Last Day for Ground Shipping: Order by December 16th
- Last Day for 2-Day Shipping: Order by 12PM MST, December 18th
- Last Day for Next Day Shipping: Order by 12PM MST, December 20th
FedEx is our preferred shipping partner. Please note, Kashwére cannot guarantee delivery or expedited transit times due to potential carrier delays.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE
Unfortunately, we've been notified by FedEx/UPS that several shipments are delayed and they are unable to provide an updated status. As a result, we cannot guarantee that shipments will arrive by Christmas. For this reason, we will not be offering expedited shipping at this time.
