Returns & Exchanges
Return/Exchange applies to Kashwére Direct Sales only. If you did not purchase your merchandise via Kashwére Direct Sales, then please contact the vendor where it was originally purchased. Kashwére will not accept any returned products bought outside Kashwére Direct Sales.
All returned merchandise must have the original product tags and/or stickers in place and be returned in their original packaging. All packages returned to Kashwére without the proper authorization will be automatically subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Note: If you purchased merchandise from The View, kindly reach out to customerservice@kashwere.com for assistance with processing your return or exchange. The return link below cannot process your order number.
Please be aware that the cost of return shipping the items is not the responsibility of Kashwére, the cost of the return label will appear as a "handling fee" when processing your return (exceptions will be made in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items sent).
Please allow 7-10 business days for return/exchange processing from the date or return arrival at our warehouse.
In addition, the following conditions must be met:
1. NO EVIDENCE OF WEAR AND TEAR, NOR EVIDENCE OF BEING LAUNDERED.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
3. Unauthorized returned items may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
4. All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return.
Extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Purchases made between November 14, 2024 through December 31, 2024 are eligible for extended returns or exchanges through January 31, 2025.
